JUST THE WORST TIME OF THE YEAR FOR A REVOLUTION is an adaptation of Heiner Müller’s Die Hamletmaschine, presented at the 2019 Montreal Fringe Festival. It explored post-gender corporalities through the embodiment of abjection, animality, and monstrosity. Partway between stage installation, contemporary dance, and drag, this interdisciplinary piece was selected for the Mainline Creativity award.
